2. Customer's technical support, including product training, configuration selection, question answering, etc.
3. Regularly give technical lectures to customers, promote and explain the experimental use of the instrument, etc.

Bachelor degree or above, major in molecular biology, biochemistry or analytical chemistry, with relevant industry experience is preferred.
